Love…Anyway
As the mood in the country during the 2018-19 period seemed to turn angry and frustrated, and many people exhibited expressions of hate, greed and violence, Stephanie found the need to reassure her audience that we could choose to love...anyway … in spite of it all.
She performed this show for Valentine's Day and instead of the classic “I love you” songs, sang songs of conflict and confusion and desire and yearning. Some of the songs were funny songs about never loving again and other more poignant and painful. All in all, Stephanie successfully presented a fresh take on the love choices we can make to make our lives better.
